Despite not being exactly an illness or disorder, stress has always been considered the number one cause of major ailments and serious conditions. Although stress is a regular even expected part of normal everyday life and the body is completely capable of handling routines physical and mental stress, continuous stress can build up to levels that the body and mind can no longer  handle. First, any physical regiment including yoga training and sessions can be better and more quickly understood with a partner especially with a technically knowledgeable one. Companionship also provides social interaction for improved psychological well-being. Second, a yoga instructors can provide additional motivation and push to accomplish yoga training and execution. In many cases, people who start training or doing physical activity usually ‘tire’ out after a while or loos to drive to continue.
