Wall Balls

This is a kind of exercise which does not focus on one body part only, unlike other exercises. It is an all-around or “universal” movement which conditions the whole body. It is also a great way to improve a person’s “aerobic fitness” or the ability to use oxygen as an energy reserve for the muscle cells.
